I did the procedure as stated under 'User', but still no difference It didn't save the resized window.
I then right clicked on the created file and opened in Notepad. Edited the "top" and "bottom"...

Yes.
I'm not using "Explorer" from the Start Menu. These were shortcuts made from those partitions within 'My Computer' (C & D in this case).
BTW, I don't want a 'maximized' window as I did try...
