Yeah that is the problem, unfortunately.

The disk fires up, but once it does, it asks for the keyboard layout..... that can't be inputted into. The keyboard or mouse does not work, after windows...

So windows 10 crashed on restart, and now I can't get it to boot.

I can't even use a rescue disk, because I get to a screen that asks for "choose keyboard layout" but the keyboard wont repsond.
