Does it print correctly from any other program, for example Word, Excel or whatever?
If so, it is most likely a problem with the program that you are trying to print from and not the printer itself

I think what you guys are missing here is that the key code in the registry and what it asks for during the installation process are two different things.
You cannot ferret it out of the registry...

Clean out your Internet cache.
Reset all you security settings in Internet Explorer back to the defaults.
Run disk cleanup, scandisk and defrag
Try it then
