ASPI32(.sys) is a SCSI/Atapi driver used f.ex. for CD/DVD burners by some burner-programs and it seems to be missing in your system.

The writer doesn't need any specific drivers other than what Windows will provide. So you can simply swap the drive as you like. What you will need, though, is a program that allows you to burn DVDs.
