Check the Drag and Drop settings the taskbar advanced properties and also in IEs properties... The taskbar is enabled and ther is non in IEs settings...
This is a system wide problem...

WOrking on my girlfriends computer the other day and went to move an icon and ALL drag and drop functioning is GONE.
None on the desktop none in Explorer.
Right click still works but can't move...

MY computer has gone through a number of different configurations the last few months... I installed 1gb of SDRAM then upgraded the motherboard and installed 1gb of DDR...

I posted on another forum also that more network specific.
After measuring with NetStat the file tranfer across the LAN was an average of 524MB/s with a peak of 908MB/s over 5minutes...

Did some testing today and basically found out that even thought the collision lights flashing just as fast as the light on the AP the speed is not reduced any... I still have full bandwidth...

I've had some unusual problems installing Win2k... I have one computer I can't get it to work on at all... I had one computer that needed to have the onboard USB disabled in order for it to finish...

I have a 9600SE on one of the computers in my network and it's OK for games. In order to play UYT2k4 it needs to be 16 bit with some of the detail off as well as trilinear but it still looks good...

My home network has 7computers on it. 4 wired and 3 on a Belkin F5D6130 AP connected to a Netgear FS105 5 port switch. I'm been getting collisions on the port with the AP while transfering large...

I have am IBM notebook with ME installed...
I keep it mostly in my car to tune the FI system...
WhenI start the car the power inverter turns off and the notebook will immediately go into standby...

I've had PM7 kill partitions often,,, for the amount of times I've used it,,, PM8 I use almost constantly and have not had ANY problems at all... I'd go for PM8 just for some piece of mind...
