Ok, well I'm glad I asked.
I was leaning towards the Quad but I'll go with the T9900 since it seems to be the most popular option.

It currently has an Intel T6600 @ 2.2GHz so quite slow.
Also, yes, it will have an SSD fitted since it has space for 2 drives.
