Bummer, try searching the whole registry for the NOIDE key.
If you can't find it. Start, Run, MSCONFIG. Check the contents of your config.sys and autoexec.bat.

You may have a NOIDE key in your registry. I have found this on a few Win9x computers. If the NOIDE is set to 1, set it to 0. Reboot.
