That was SO easy. I'm set. I'm saving that one for a back-up in case of emergency. That'll be such a relief next time (and there always is a next time). I saved the $85. I love this place! :)

Yeah, we tried the reboot method a couple times. No improvement.
I just went and downloaded the Basic (.54 MB) version and it works! On mine. We'll try hers next.
