I've been trying to remove a troubleshoot a blue screen on a Dell "Open Box" laptop. When I run CHKDSK, this loads.
I have tried Smitfraud Fix, and I still have this.
Any ideas?

Well, it also appears that my zone alarm anti virus may be a culprit. I ran the dell crash analysis, and I am getting a conflict driver showing vsdatant.sys.

Many of my core programs (Microsoft, Adobe, Google,) have loaded under the Roaming Folder in the App data? What's up with that? Can someone explain? Is this an issue?
