Using IE, click file\import export. Select the favorites folder and they all go at once. Select each favorite seperetly if you want to pick and choose.

Thanks maxximilian but that didn't work. It does appear to have originated from aohell so I forwarded it to my neighbor (he uses aol) and no luck there either.
