Control panel> system> device mangler > expand ports. dbl clk com port. Select port settings. default is 9600. you can lower it from here.

No that usage indicates 100% usage for that dos partition. The drive needs to be formated. your resources a bit low for 95 but should work.

Find a boot disk with SYS.COM on it and boot from A: then
