How to get around the Microsoft account log in

Hello,

I have a Lenovo laptop and i forgot my Microsoft account information, and i don't remember my password, i had this in storage for a few months. I don't remember all of the information for the reset process in Microsoft live site. So now i want to give this laptop to a friend, but i can't log in. Any help.
