Tools\Internet Options - Delete Files Takes Forever

Hi,

I've recently noticed that when I'm in IE and I select Tools, then Internet Options then "Delete Files", it takes a very long time to finish. I usually try and clean up these files twice a week so I don't know why it's taking so long all of a sudden. Any ideas?

If you arent defragging as much or you're visiting alot of flash sites and video sites, that can also contribute to the time it takes to clear the temp internet files :)
