Generally, I copy / paste. And go get a cup of coffee, sit back and relax, and let the computer do its thing until finished.
i have no cables or anything usb flash drives big enough to transfer files that size between one computer to the other, the only thing that I have that these two computer share is the wifi internet connection. How to I get them to share files between each other?
It is the same sharing process as when you use cable.
Just be sure to enable the sharing on the right nic.

Are the two computers connected to a common network already? If so, then it doesn't matter whether its WIFI or wired, sharing is sharing. Create the shared folder and allow sharing through the firewall, etc.
If they're not on a common network, and you want to make them talk directly via their respective wireless adapters, then you have to use Ad hoc mode (not infrastructure).
I learn that i had to go into the Network>Network and Sharing Center and active the file sharing options and then goto each drive and or folders and select share. Thanks for your help, but I figure it out myself
