However the error can be skip by using safe mode. Anyone help me to solve it???

That's a hard drive controller failure. I'm not too familiar with notebooks, but my first attempt at fixing it would be to open it up and pull the controller card (if there is one) and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser, then put it back in. This will often fix problems with bad contacts. If you have no controller card, it's beyond my capabilities.
sometimes just securing the connections can do the same thing. I suspect that a notebook would be more vulnerable to that sort of thing than a desktop.

In Device Manager (Control Panel, System) click on hard disk controllers, and make sure Microsoft Standard Dual PCI IDE controller, with Primary and Secondary controllers are present and not in conflict with any other devices. If not present, go to add new hardware and manually install this new hard disk controller. If present but causing a conflict, try resolving it.
