Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 DB Relocation

Greeting,

We have WSS 3.0 installed on a server 2003/SP2 and are running out of space on the C:\ drive and would like to move the database over to the D:\ drive which has way more space. Could soneone point me to some easy to use step-by-step instructions. Thanks in advance.
