[RESOLVED] Libraries

What ho one and all,

We have a W7 computer that we only use for watching TV via the internet, catch-up TV and movies, either from DVD or saved mp4.

I am usually the official start-up tech, but recently my wife started it. I don't know what she has done, but a Libraries icon has appeared on the desktop and all my attempts to remove it and Google searches on how to remove it, come to zilch.

Desktop properties does not list it; I can move it around the desktop but not to the recycle bin. I can make a shortcut which I an delete, but the icon itself.

Any tips will be tried,
