After attempting to send an e-mail using gmail, I receive an error message that reads "Please don't send manage links to 3rd parites." I was able to send the same type of e-mail a few weeks ago. What could be causing this type of error message?

Tell us a little about what you were sending?
And or see if this applies:

Hi, Steve R Jones. I was a bit confused after reading the link you provided. I was sending an e-mail that I had my gmail e-mail address in the body of the e-mail, as well as, a link to a website (both were hyperlinks). Like I said, I was able to send this same type of e-mail numerous times a few weeks ago with no problems. The only difference between then and now is that I installed UBlock Origin. I even tried disabling that program and tried to send the same type of e-mail and it gave me the same error message.
They it again, but this time use the link to your thread here..
I'd guess that maybe the URL that was in your email is to a company that advertises with Google.
Things that might be helpful in diagnosing the issue:
A screen capture of the actual error message.
The domain you were sending the e-mail to (the part of the TO: e-mail address to the right of the "@").
The link or the domain for the link that you were sending.
This is pertaining to a craigslist ad for an item that listed to sell.
Steve R Jones, That isn't the case because I tried replying to my ad using another e-mail and I was able to send back myself a reply using the exact same text info in the body of the e-mail with same hyperlinks and I was able to receive the reply from my hotmail account.
Hi JDC2000. The part of the e-mail after the "@" is reply.craigslist.org. Like I said, I was able to send a reply back to my hotmail acount that I used in replying to my ad without any problems. Part of the error e-mail message that I received is below.
Message not delivered - There was a problem delivering your message to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@reply.craigslist.org. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes.
The response from the remote server was:
xxx [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@mxi3a] Please don't send manage links to 3rd parties
That looks like the message is being generated by the craigslist e-mail server. It apparently does not like whatever you were sending if it is coming from gmail. You could try contacting craigslist about this issue.
JDC2000, like I said, I trying replying to my own ad from another e-mail account (hotmail) I have and I was able to send an e-mail back to my hotmail account using my gmail with the exact same info in the body of the e-mail (and same hyperlinks) and I received that gmail e-mail in my hotmail account and it did not generate any errors in my gmail account. Would it still be a craigslist issue, if I was able to send an e-mail from gmail to my hotmail account without any issues?
One of those 2 refused it. Ain't a gmail problem.Quote:

Seen lots of those over the years. Back when @Home and AT&T where blacklisted.
It certainly looks like a craigslist issue from the text of the error message you received.
