I was chatting with Nvidia tech support via a chat window and then my computer rebooted and I forgot to save the case number. Now I can't recover that window. Duh! Any help?

If you reconnect with them would they not have a record of your conversation? At the very least they would timestamp all communications so they should be able to track it/you down.
Did you give them your e-mail address? If yes, then they may have sent you an email that may have the number.
