LIB.EXE for MF-COBOL 3.0A

I Require urgently LIB.EXE for MF-COBOL 3.0A
COMPILER

Problem :
I have 72 obj files to be linked to one program. The link.exe gives errors like
a) Argument list longer than 512 bytes.
b) Too many segments

Hence I want to make them a library before
linking.
