IE9 upgraded issue, the webpage that wouldn't die!!!

I recent built a new computer but when IE9 was installed the IE9 Tour page came with it. The tour page pops up everytime you open a web broswer in addition to the first home page.

I've searched the net and have tried everything I can find from editing the registry, adding to the registry, turning things on and off under interenet options, deleting entried with hi jack this and nothing has work, the dreaded web page keeps popping up everytime.

Does taking the tour help satisfy its urge to get you to take it?

Nope!!

Some how it has disappeared. I've been leaving a lot of four letter word feed back on the Microsoft pages, maybe someone heard me and did something about it because everything I tried failed, unless the block I put on it finally took effect.
