I have just started my business and would like to improve the communication availabilities with a call center application.
I found a free trial software called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK (on http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/). It says that with this SDK a call center can be built.
Did anyone here heared about this SDK or used it before since I am not a programmer?
