When posting an issue,please include as much of the following info as possible:
- Give your thread a title descriptive of the problem, not "I need help"
- Your Operating system
- Versions of any software involved
- Internet connection, if applicable(cable, DSL, dialup)
- Other hardware/software (routers, firewalls, AV.)
- Any error messages received (as exact as poss.)
- What remedies you have already attempted
