When posting an issue,please include as much of the following info as possible:
Give your thread a title descriptive of the problem, not "I need help"
Your Operating system
Versions of any software involved
Internet connection, if applicable(cable, DSL, dialup)
Other hardware/software (routers, firewalls, AV.)
Any error messages received (as exact as poss.)
What remedies you have already attempted
The more details the better.
