Computer sincronization

I would like to know if there is any standard way to sincronize the system clocks of the computers connected to an ethernet.
Is there any available software that does it?
What if the computers belong to different domains?

What type of Network Os? Netware, Windows?
Are you having problems synchronizing numerous clients that connect to a common server? Or are you referring to numerous servers synchronizing with eachother? Combination of both? please elaborate?

I have a Windows NT network and I am referring to an architecture composed on several servers with its own clients. I intend to sinchronize every computer in the network.
