I want to build a router using PC & windows NT to connect 2 different subnets. Is it possible user from the other side browse intranet from another side server??

You shouldn't have any problems seeing the other subnet, you have to make sure you set up the routes correctly.

You shouldn't have any problems seeing a server's drive on the other side. The router will make the network seemless. A big reason for a router connecting 2 subnets in a smaller environment is to control traffic, the two networks are contained UNLESS they make a request to the other subnet.

Go forth and do good.
