I want everyone to know that my network is up and running, all PCs can access the internet using the DSL line, all resources are sharing nicely, and each persons email goes directly onto THEIR PC!
For others trying to do this:
1) it does take 2 NIC cards in the host or multiple IP addresses from your ISP
2) Win98SE's ICS DOES NOT install well, but keep trying
3) When you get hardware and ICS installed, make sure that all your computers are sharing---right click "my computer" and select "sharing"
4) finally change your outlook express settings, "add" LAN
