All of a sudden I am getting a logon error. My PC is Win95 and the network is WinNT(v4)TCP/IP.

A logon script is used to map drives, but fails... first it asks for the password to be typed again, then it comes up with the following message -

Error 5: You do not currently have access to this file. The file may be marked read-only or it may be part of a shared resource such as a folder, a named pipe, a queue, or a semaphore. You can use the ATTRIB command to change the read-only attibute, or try again later when the file may be available.

If I cancel past this, I can still get into Windows and through network neighbourhood get to the network drives...

Any ideas???

Hello.

Try this, in your Windows 95 Network Properties, properties Microsoft Client Networking, select logon to Windows NT domain and select the domain. So every time you login, make sure you use microsoft client, this will make your NT recognize who is logging from the 95 computer and will give it proper sharing access.
