I'm just a beginner and I'm looking for a simple and easy-to-manage 3D drawing and animation software to create 3D models (like those in 3D games).
It's for personal use. My system is a Win98 SE. Care to recommend a few ?

Something a little less pricey:
$20: http://www.rocketdownload.com/DETAILS/GRAP/5347.htm
They are about to release a new version – you might want to check their page.
Program free but they charge for plug-ins: http://www.blender3d.com/
You get what you pay for, but you might want to start with something reasonably priced until you are sure you want to get serious about it.

Try Anfy 3D and their Partner Xara 3D. I have not used them but they appear to be able to do what you want.

OOPS, forgot to give you the Xara 3D site.
