I recently updated my Outlook 2000 with some patches and from another post here that I searched and found it appears that Level 1 .exe's are blocked.....but can they be un-blocked?

I hope I'm wrong but it doesn't look like they can.

How can I send a .exe file via email?

I use this feature to forward e-fax documents in a self opening format for those who get them and don't have an e-fax account.

thanks in advance.

It doesn't appear that they can be unblocked in Outlook 2000. In Outlook 2002 you can edit the registry to customize what types of attachments you want blocked(if any), but unless you are in an Exchange Server environment you can't do this with Outlook 2000.
