Need advice here. I'm using Ms Outlook 2000. I am unable to print incoming emails which are in Chinese Simplified html mail format. The mails contain just English text. The network printer gives me a printout of the following error message:
"PCL XL error
Subsystem: TEXT
Error: InsufficientMemory
Operator: EndFontHeader
Position: 171"
My own mail format is MS Outlook Rich Text, Western European.
How can I fix this?

Did you install the International Support files for Office 2000?How to Enable Japanese/Chinese Support in Outlook 2000 (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q250/0/57.asp?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0&qry=chinese&rnk=2&src=DHCS_MSPSS_gn_SRCH&SPR=OUT2K)
My neighbor is Japanese. Dont know much about the language. Apparently theres 53 characters & 4 different dialects. Thats different with Chinese too apparently
I got outlook express to use Japanese fine. It supports Chinese. Only works with Outlook Express to my knowlegde Its Global IME How to Use DBCS Characters in Web Forms and E-mail Messages (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q223/8/05.ASP?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0&qry=IME&rnk=1&src=DHCS_MSPSS_gn_SRCH&SPR=OEX)
Still trying to figure out how to do the Japanese/Chinese languages in ICQ if you have any ideas. That LingoWare program really sucks. It hoses it up real good!
