My hotmail not sending attachments, Help!!

Win98\IE5.5\56k ext. modem., I can not send an attachment in my e-mail (using hotmail), anybody have any sugestions for me? Thank you.

What happens when you try to send an attachment?

Do you have javascript enabled? I know both Yahoo mail and Hotmail require it to be enabled before you can send attachments.

Also size matters. Hotmail will not let you send a file over 1 meg, or a combination of files over 1 meg. Yahoo will only let you send 3 files at a time, but they can be up to 2 (or 3 not sure) megs.
