Internet Connection Sharing

I have a local network running in my home with 3 computers connected. Whenever I turn ICS on my computer starts downloading. I don't know what it downloads just that the modem is constantly in use and when i click on the modem in the taskbar it says I have downloaded megs of stuff.
Does anyone know what is going on? Please help?

I have Zonealarm 2.6.231 running and it dosn't come up with anything.

Remove all programs from ZoneAlarm and shutdown system.
Review and analyze the app that is attempting connection on reboot.
You can also run a up to date AntiVirus scan just to be safe.

Thanks. I removed all the programs from Zonealarm and restarted and it has now stopped. I have been unable to trace the rogue program but with a bit of luck im shore it will show its face sooner or later. Thanks again/
