Bad uninstalling of Netscape 4.07

I wanted to uninstall 4.07 and install 4.5, but when I want to load Messenger, it doesn't runs, so I uninstall 4.5, and reinstall 4.07, then I reinstall 4.5 without uninstalling 4.07, but another time it falls at trying to start messenger.
Have somebody and idea?

I always think it's best to uninstall older versions of things before upgrading.. especially when jumping from NS4.07 to NS4.5... try uninstalling the whole works and make sure you get rid of "nsreg.dat" in your windows directory too if it's not already gone... after you use the add/remove programs to uninstall NS.

And then I'd suggest going to NS4.61, it's the newest version and a lot less buggy than 4.5...
