Duplicate Email

Hi
any help guys, i'm having probs with Duplicate Email, been in touch with my ISP
and even when they delete the mail, it still
comes back, and i have not enabled the leave copy of messages option in my email prog.
???? What gives people

depending on which email client you are using it may be in a different spot, but make sure you go into options or preferences and there will be a part that says "leave mail on server after download" and uncheck it. Otherwise each time you log on to the mail server the same crap will keep showing up.

thanks for the reply, i'm using IE5, and i don't have leave a copy of messages on server enabled.
could it be a problem with my ISP's mail server????
