Quick Question: How do you set a files permissions to full READ/WRITE access in DOS?

The MS-DOS/Windows default is full Read/Write access. You can alter a file's attributes with the attrib (http://vernon.frazee.net/ms-dos/6.22/help/attrib.htm) command.
