TCP/IP and internet connections

I am trying to find out if it is possible to share an internet connection on a pc running "Windows 3.11 for Workgroups" that is on a LAN with two other computers that run Windows 98SE.
Also,
Is there any way to use dial-up networking in windows 3.11 for workgroups?
