having problems loading win95

I tried that driver disk and it didn't help. But maybe it will help you if I tell you about the cpu. Someone gave it to me and I don't know anything about it. I only can run it in dos mode and the win95 I have is on a cd. Can you help me figure out what to do to get it loaded.
