How do I make a 2GB partition with FDISK?

I'm planning on to buy a second HD for my PC. It'be at least 4GB and I'd like to make 2 partitions on it, each around 2GB.
I do not know how to make these partitions, I do no really understand how to make partitions larger than 512MB, but I'd like to.

All help'd be greatly apprechiated.
