Magus May 10th, 1999, 05:50 PM It sounds like you picked an incompatible video driver for your card or monitor. This is what you do: 1. Boot to dos. If you have windows loaded automatically from the Autoexec.bat you can either press F8 at start-up and step your way through your system line by line, selecting NO for the WIN command (or autoexec.bat), or you can press Ctrl-C during boot up (you may have to hit it repeatedly. 2. Once there change directories to the Windows directory. Use "cd/windows" or whatever yours is called. 3. From there type SETUP. This will get you to your windows setup screen where you can re-pick your original driver or the good ole standard VGA. 4. Exit and then restart windows. Things should be the way they were prior to swapping your driver. virtualdr.com
