Windows CE Remote Networking

We are experiencing problems getting a HP 660LX to dial into a remote network to pick up emails. As soon as we make the connection, it disconnects a few minutes afterward. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I have an HP320LX and I am also experiencing the same problem. I contacted my provider but they have no tech. support for WinCE.

I am having a similar problem with a Compaq C-Series. Have discovered the problem to be that server requires SPAP (Secure Password Authentication Protocol) The work around is as follows:
1. Select properties of dialup connection.
2. Select modem and click configure button.
3. Activate checkbox (use terminal window after dialing.
4 Ok to all...
Now when you try to connect a terminal window appears. Type your login info then random characters will begin to appear. Select File/Continue from the terminal menu and you're connected.
I'm trying to find a way to get CE to recognize SPAP. But for now this works.
