The Restore tab is active, but you can't click on Backup to create a backup tape. The Backup function was working previously. If anyone has any ideas as to what could cause this, I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Just an idea? jdc2000 May 28th, 2002, 01:54 PM I suppose that there could be some sort of software or hardware problem, but I would think that all functions, including Restore would be affected by most of those, with the possible exception of a problem with the NT Backup program. I have checked all of the usual suspect items with no success. I don't have another tape drive to try at present, so I can't really check for a hardware error. virtualdr.com
