Hey

I want to be able to set an environment variable to dos from an executable file (.com or .exe)to do "set SU_PASSWORD=gobly"

How can I accomplish this without being in an actual dos shell

Are you going to create this .exe yourself in VB or something ??

I'm not sure what the code would be in VB to set an environment variable. It's probably quite simple. If noone here can help, go to
www.vbexplorer.com (http://www.vbexplorer.com)

VBexplorer is very similar to this site except its all VB.

Why does it have to be a binary file ?? I'm dying to know...
