Multiple Nics with NT 4

Getting ready to order a new server and was wondering what the pros/cons of using two nics in the server. We will be using a full duplex 10/100 switch.

Have only 60 clients on the lan but have some heavy sql database traffic.

Using:
NT 4SP6 Terminal server edition
Exchange server 5.5

I have 2 nics in my nt4, used as an internet gateway for a cable modem. I had the nics installed in a win98 machine first but gave up to constant crashes (every hr or 2) the nt4 machine has been up for about 3 months now, working perfect. seems nt4 is built for that stuff. but then again I have only 4 comps to worry about.

We have 2 nics in an NT/Proxy server. One nic goes to the local network and the other to a router and dedicated ISDN for internet,email, and VPN access.
