Server Timed Out.. Not sure where to look ???

I have and NT 4.0 Server with IIS 4.0 installed. I have installed Front Page 2000 on the server as of late to install the new Front Page Server Extensions.. Ver 1.2. I am using a Disk Based Web on the server. As of late when I go to access certain parts of the web i get and error Message saying.."The Server " " timed out. The Current request did not complete successfully. I am not sure where to look to fix this issue.
