Arcserve 6.61 for Windows NT 4. Need Help

Hi all, Problem is as follows.

For backups im using Arcserve 6.61 on my server i have 2 drives that are mapped to another server. I need these drives to be backed up along with the local ones but it will not do it.

I have set the appropriate domain/username for the password but it doesnt work. In job status it says it cant connect to the required shares, possibly the password is wrong, but its all correct.

Any ideas?

You may need to install the NT Agent on the machines that have the shares on them.

I think you must use the "Advanced Edition" of Arcserve. If so, you can go into backup and look under "Network" and find your desired backup point (this is how I do it). I have also done it like ellenmty suggested.

Yep, he has the 'Single Server' edition most likely.
