pcs_perf.dll error

Get this when NT 4.0 boots up. The Event Viewer seems to make reference to a pcs_agnt.exe file, which is running.

Any ideas?

Event Viewer message:
The Open Procedure for service "Appn" in DLL "pcs_perf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be avilable. Status code returned is DWORD 0

APPN is "Advanced Peer-to-Peer Networking". So are you running IBM's Personal
Communications (PCOM)? Perhaps upgrade or download any maintenance releases for the version you're using.

We use IBM CICS Universal Client. Does that tell you something? Maybe reinstall the client...?
