disable cd rom

We have a remote PC with NT server 4. We have a user that logs on that does not have administrator rights.What is the best way to disable the CD Rom drive when this user is logged on ??

You may want to look at CDLock and DeviceLock:

Or if hiding the drives from Explorer is sufficient (not fool-proof), there are registry edits:
