Currently we are using MS Outlook 97 as our email package on a Exchange 5.5 server. I would like to automatically put a corporate disclaimer message on the bottom of all emails being sent out by people in the company but cannot find the option to do so. Can anyone help?

Downloaded software which worked when tested on my p.c, but was extremely unhappy on my server coming up with a Dr Watson error everytime. Any other alternatives out there?

I use Mail Essentials from gfi on one of my clients' servers. It works well, is more efficient with dial-ups than Exchange Server, is quicker and provides more functionality. I believe this is a good add-on for Exchange Server and would recommend it to you.
Forgot to say, it can also act as a Mail Server if you are not using Exchange Server, but I have not tried that particukar functionality.
