Printer problem

Hi everyone!

I need a little help!!!
When I attempt to install a printer on my Windows NT Server SP4 I receive the follow error message:
"Operation could not be completed. The RPC server is unavailable."

On MS support web site I have find the article Q242079 which list four step to resolve the problem... but it don't work. I receive the same error message.

Any help is appreciated!

First off, I would bail off of sp4 and go to 5. Good rule of thumb: don't trust even-numbered sp's from microsoft.

I take it your spooler sevice is running?!
